who is passionate about others’ development and gets excited at the thought of Building Great Leaders. You will be responsible for the growth and utilization of our online learning by both curating targeted learning campaigns and developing campaign strategy impacting roughly 30,000 team members. You will lead internal communications for our Leadership Development team and will closely partner with our enterprise communication team.To include, but not limited to the following:Implement an internal marketing campaign to highlight learning opportunities, using success stories and innovative methods to boost engagement and participation.Work closely with the corporate marketing, communication department, and Leadership Development team to ensure our marketing strategies align with company objectives and culture.Stay updated with evolving corporate communication channels, and experiment with new content forms, technologies, and processes to maintain interest in learning campaigns and ensure brand consistency.Apply data-driven marketing techniques to assess effectiveness, track program metrics, and refine strategies as needed, while also promoting internal events that spotlight learning opportunities.Partner with Learning Professionals to curate online learning content with a focus on leadership development.Oversee vendor relationships, from procuring learning components to monitoring content use and facilitating new vendor integration into our LMS.Manage content review and approval processes, including evaluation of ready-made learning content and coordination of internal expert reviews.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or Learning, Adult Education, or Human Resource Development or related degree.Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in an internal communications or learning and development context.Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them in an internal context.Proficiency in using marketing software and digital tools.Passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.Competencies and Skills:Ability to work collaboratively with a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, see and understand 2nd and 3rd order effects.Benefits and Compensation:This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $70,000 - $105,500, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
