Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the organization, products, and services

Research and analyze market trends, competition, and target audience to identify opportunities for growth

Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and videos

Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding efforts

Monitor and track the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, advertising partners, and other stakeholders

Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing plans

Present marketing plans, progress reports, and results to senior leadership

Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing and social media strategies

Work closely with sales and product teams to support their efforts and achieve overall business goals.
