Develop and manage peer-to-peer digital and live programs, speaker bureau, steering committee, and advisory boards to support KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma and potential future indications.Key Responsibilities:

Advance thought-leader strategy for KIMMTRAK, identifying and cultivating key opinion leaders (KOLs).Lead development and implementation of peer-to-peer / speaker program educational content.Identify and train commercial speakers, manage speaker bureau, and ensure compliance.Identify opportunities for enduring digital peer-to-peer content and negotiate impact guarantees.Develop and execute US advisory boards in partnership with medical teams.Work through the promotional review process with regulatory, legal, and medical partners.Gather feedback on tactics and enhance execution.

Other Duties:

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines, participate in scientific congresses, own brand budget, and support ad hoc projects.Experience & Knowledge:

Preferred experiences include customer engagement, thought-leader identification, speaker program management, and marketing analytics.Essential Competencies:

Proactive, results-oriented, strong customer orientation, good judgment, problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, project management excellence, and strong written and verbal skills.Education & Qualifications:

Oncology experience required, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, biology, or related area. 5-7+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience required.Work Environment:

Located in Rockville, MD, Conshohocken, PA, hybrid, or field-based position. Travel is approximately 35%.Annual Salary Range for US:

$154,629 – $172,223. This position is eligible for standard Company benefits.
