Product Designer

to bring creative thinking to solving client challenges and user needs. As a product designer you will be capable of taking our clients’ ideas from discovery through to design and delivery. You love partnering with clients to create a beautiful, functional product experience that solves a true need for those using it. You sweat the details and demonstrate a proven ability to translate user needs into useful and accessible designs. You’re flexible and earnest in your approach and understand the path to creating exceptional products is shaped with research, strategy, and technology. Produce exceptional UI and product designs that are intentional, expressive, and accessible to all.Apply design thinking within Agile development, with a strong grasp of interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.Understand and apply visual design principles, including design systems, branding, typography, and color theory.Participate in design research and usability testing using methods like observational research, conversational inquiry, and user testing.Create tangible outputs quickly to facilitate feedback and iteration.Be proficient in industry tools, particularly Figma, and handle design tasks independently.Embrace new ideas, learn continuously, and remain open to feedback.Take ownership of less complex projects and begin assuming leadership responsibilities within cross-discipline teams.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product strategists.As a consultant, we expect you to:

Partner with clients by understanding their business, building relationships, and guiding design decisions to drive their success.Comprehensively understand business objectives and the influence of design on return on investment (ROI), resulting in aligning design solutions with the overarching business strategy.Articulate and present your work and thought process to clients.Proficient in market research and analysis of user behavior, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective design decisions.Embrace new responsibilities, prioritize daily efforts, and communicate effectively with teammates and clients.Possess experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of sprint planning and iterative development processes.Adapt to the rapid, adaptive nature of the work and be comfortable with ambiguity.Discuss TXI externally, including our capabilities, go-to-market strategy, and core business metrics.
