As a Barclays Senior UI Designer, you will embark on an exciting initiative to build products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, turning concepts into reality and ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager.What will you be doing?Leading the end-to-end UI design process, from conceptualization to implementationCollaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective design implementationParticipating in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user interfacesIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the technology teamsWorking with cross functional teams to improve workflows, project management, and resource allocationDeveloping interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and validate usabilityIterating on designs based on user feedback and testing resultsStaying informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologiesWhat we’re looking for:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Graphic DesignSignificant years of hands-on experience in UI designProficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similarExcellent portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projectsSkills that will help you in the role:Experience working in Compliance or Risk and Controls area in the Finance IndustryWhere will you be working?Our next-generation workplace in Whippany allows talented, passionate, down-to-earth colleagues to connect daily.
