The Senior Director, Loyalty Marketing for Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants will define the strategy and lead the execution for its Wine Club to deliver industry-leading experiences for its members. This person will drive innovation and implement new ways to enhance the member experience through 1:1 engagement, restaurant-level collaboration, 3rd party partnerships, and next-level member experiences. This key player of our Marketing team will be responsible for leading program strategy, lifecycle marketing, and Wine Club member experience to drive long-term guest and member loyalty, deliver positive ROI, and achieve key business KPIs. This position is based out of Downers Grove, IL, where we have a hybrid work environment (3 days a week in-office).

Oversee and innovate Wine Club program strategy, lifecycle marketing, and Wine Club member experience.Define Wine Club program success measures and establish performance metrics for example ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, engagement, retention, member lifetime value, etc.Launch scorecards to assist in planning and fast activations in response to member behavior.Oversee membership loyalty P&L, including accounting for financial viability of the program; strategize and implement program enhancements to optimize P&L for fiscal planning.Collaborate with Finance, Insights or Analytics, Brand, Operations, and Technology teams and leaders to establish and achieve an annual Wine Club operating plan, including membership growth, revenue targets, expenses, value drivers, and restaurant-level profitability, to ensure positive financial impact.Determine strategic opportunities to evolve and expand programmatic and brand loyalty benefits over time to drive increased Guest engagement and Member Lifetime Value, including ongoing competitor assessments, guiding customer research and benchmarking, and identifying potential partnerships to bring increased value to members.Drive innovation, benefits, and experience for Wine Club membership program.Develop, foster, and enhance internal relationships with key stakeholders, including Merchandising, Finance, IT, Operations, Culinary, and Marketing partners to leverage membership loyalty program value proposition with vendors or manufacturers through optimization of key customer insights. Educate and influence leaders on the value of the membership loyalty program and the opportunities provided by guest purchasing behaviors.Partner with L&D to develop training materials for Restaurant Team Members to enable those groups to promote and support the loyalty program.In partnership with IT, continually enhance and/or create reporting to provide insights to drive decision-making.Oversee a team, providing leadership, direction, collaboration, and support; obtain and allocate resources to meet operating plans; ensure ongoing training and development of direct reports; develop and mentor staff through onboarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, and performance management processes; lead with inspiration and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.What You’ll Need:

Must embody Cooper’s Hawk values in all aspects of work.Bachelors Degree with at least 10 years of Loyalty experience or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; experience with a paid membership/loyalty program preferred.At least 5 years of direct team leadership along with experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.Experience creating opportunities and leading initiatives that impact ROI and/or the company’s profitability.Experience in marketing technology landscape with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, CDP, CMS, Campaign Management, analytics).Experience with a high-growth, multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Key Competencies:
