Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft and implement strategic PR plans that elevate brand reputation within the arts and culture sector.Act as the primary liaison for arts and culture clients, providing strategic counsel and nurturing strong relationships.Inspire and mentor a diverse team of PR professionals, driving performance excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.Plan and execute successful events to maximize PR opportunities and client engagement.Approve and contribute to the development of innovative PR campaigns that reflect client visions and goals.Lead media and press campaigns, cultivating relationships with key journalists and ensuring impactful outreach.Drive the creation of engaging content across various platforms to effectively reach and connect with audiences.Manage crisis communication efforts to protect and enhance client reputations during challenging times.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the arts and culture sector to contribute to growth.Collaborate with the sales team to smoothly integrate new clients and ensure their successful onboarding.Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing actionable insights.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and media placements to clients and senior management.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to position our team as a leader in the PR landscape.Use data to define and engage key audiences effectively.Develop strategies for lead nurturing and client retention to optimize acquisition and growth.Integrate marketing systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Analyze performance data to provide insights and inform campaign strategies.Work with sales teams to translate client objectives into actionable plans.Contribute to the creation of comprehensive PR and marketing plans that address market challenges and client needs.Help plan and coordinate programs that drive demand, integrating media efforts with sales strategies.Identify and address challenges within campaign strategies with creative solutions.Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.Partner with the paid media team to develop strategies and optimize campaigns.Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.Produce high-quality content for internal and external communications.Quickly adjust to evolving client requests and project needs.Effectively manage projects across different accounts and business units.Lead and manage integrated teams, defining roles and ensuring alignment with client needs.Provide motivation, coaching, and constructive feedback to junior staff.Assist with new business initiatives, including idea generation and proposal preparation.Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, aligning goals with team and business objectives.Ensure high-quality delivery of insights, results, and counsel to clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of PR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within the arts and culture sector.Proven success in developing and executing effective PR strategies and campaigns.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience managing dispersed teams.Expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.Well-established network of media contacts and industry influencers in the arts and culture sector.Demonstrated business development and client relationship management skills.Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth.Proficiency in writing press releases, pitch letters, and developing media strategies.Track record of planning and managing successful events.Ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package, including Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K.Opportunity to work with a diverse and prestigious client base.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Professional development opportunities and career growth.Flexible work-from-home options available.Employment Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: No formal educational credential#J-18808-Ljbffr
