As the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead the Connected Aviation Solutions Global Marketing Campaigns function. In this role, you will architect, plan, and manage a series of strategic marketing campaigns across a portfolio of 5 businesses and 50+ products. Success will be determined by engaging and collaborating on strategic plans of the full marketing mix to include advertising, social media, public relations, content, thought leadership and events with key stakeholders throughout the company such as Sales Leaders, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications. You will lead a global team and ensure their success through coaching and talent development.

What You Will Do:

You will work in a hybrid capacity, based in our Annapolis MD office.

You will align and integrate campaigns based on the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan - with collaboration from Product Marketing, Solutions Consultants, Value Stream Leaders, and Communications.

You will develop annual campaign goals and priorities with stakeholders and map optimal campaign strategies and activations across brand, product, thematic, and thought leadership campaigns.

You will lead a team of regional and event marketers, developing processes, skillsets, and talent while integrating events into the broader campaign strategies

You will lead the creative briefing process for the full marketing organization.

You will lead through influence and persuasion by establishing analytically sound, fact-based business cases.

You will communicate frequently with stakeholders and lead Integrated Project Teams, reporting regularly on campaign status, impact, and ROI.

You will merge the art and science of Marketing to analyze to maximize customer engagement through all stages of funnel and buying journey.

You will analyze and determine best media, advertising, social media, field marketing, paid and organic placements to meet campaign goals.

You will establish and track KPIs for continuous feedback loop on campaign and tactic effectiveness, aiding in strategic and responsive decision making.

What You Will Learn:

You will elevate your strategic marketing, strategic planning, team leadership, resource allocation, and project management abilities.

The pains, gains, behaviors, and drivers of customer decision making across a large portfolio of innovative software and data solutions.

You will master the Collins Management System (CMS) and CORE Operating Principles

You will master and teach the science and art of marketing while emphasizing the Challenger Marketing model.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in Customer Marketing or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Marketing or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Must have prior experience in project management.

Must have prior experience analyzing, budgeting, and planning advertising, media, and content promotions.

Must have prior experience leading a team

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams in a matrix organization with a demonstrated ability to maintain project goals and manage stakeholder expectations with a consultative approach.

Prior experience in formal project management platforms. Certifications are desired.

Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, etc) as well as analytical and reporting platforms (Excel, Tableau)

Experience leading creative briefing process, tapping into market tensions, positioning, and messaging.

Experience or knowledge in software and data solutions for the aviation industry.

The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
