Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing operations, develop marketing strategies, and think creatively to disrupt the industry. We are looking for innovative and creative thinkers with experience in Ecomm and consumer products.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development of an integrated marketing strategy that drives sales and increases brand exposure.
Brand strategy and development, advertising and media planning, sales strategy, partnership marketing, and the leadership and development of high-performing teams.
Create bold and exciting marketing campaigns that have never been done before. Be creative, be loud, and take control of our digital marketing.
Leverage all social platforms to make this a central focal point to our digital strategy and marketing campaigns.
Create social campaigns that drive user engagement, sharing, and organic growth.
Experience working with influencer outreach programs.
Create storytelling through email marketing campaigns to generate sales.
Experience in performance marketing. Capture data, analyze data, and make fast adjustments to maximize marketing dollars.
Must be able to deliver KPI reports to show ROI by each campaign, offer, and source.
The Right Person Would Have
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in e-commerce products.
Experience in marketing direct-to-consumer products and services.
Experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
An independent, strategic thinker who is a strong team player and is willing to take on additional responsibilities.
