Creative Project Manager

Our Metrowest agency client is looking for an onsite Creative Project Manager for an immediate contract going the next 2+ months; agency experience preferred as well as experience with pharma/healthcare clients and experience with Veeva is a huge plus!Responsibilities:Plan, manage and schedules projects including emails and landing pages, marketing collateral, one sheeters, promotional materials, etc.Work closely with Account, Strategic, Creative, and Solution Leads to plan and ideate solutionsAct as a POC for client and lead meetings, including agendas, status reports and meeting notes.Developed and manage scopes and budgetsDocument requirements for the projectsOversee the teams' project work and ensure quality of deliverablesManage third-party partnersOversee the review and revision process, ensuring changes are implemented and quality is assuredProvide client support throughout the project from start through to completion and wrap-upRequirements:5+years similar experience in a creative agency or in house agencyPharmaceutical client or agency-side experienceExperience in project managing digital and traditional assetsBudget development, management and financial delivery experienceExperience simultaneously managing multiple projects, teams and clientsExperience working directly with clientsStrong quality control and approval routing experience; using best practices and tools to supportThe ability to work well with team members at all levels of an organization, understanding needs, challenges and priorities, and keeping constituents motivated and informed
