This position will drive a centrally led, college-driven end-to-end storytelling strategy that positively impacts both internal and external culture and success, distribute U of I core narrative across all channels and create culture-supporting content that ties back to and adds value to internal Vandal narrative and U of I brand and strategy. The incumbent will orchestrate U of I narrative that can land strategically across communications and marketing channels to the Vandal family (including internal and external), news agencies and media outlets.Duties may include:

Develop and maintain a centrally led, college-driven quarterly storytelling planConsult and collaborate with college-level communicatorsDevelop and edit media across multiple platformsMeasure, analyze and report all story metrics and engagementOther duties as assigned
