You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You will also be managing product lifecycles and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.About the RoleThe Product Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing the production-to-delivery process for multiple print directories every six months and occasional customized financial directories when ordered.ResponsibilitiesWorking with all stakeholders, create, publish and oversee execution of production schedules for all directory publications.Composition of raw data after extraction from company databases, placing graphics, creating layouts, and working with Publisher and Editorial through editing and proofing processes.Editing/processing client files as required, and preparation and uploading of final directory PDF to print vendor’s website for print production.Including formal copyright registration for each directory’s edition; additional tasks involve processing and uploading major and weekly shipping files to the printer’s website.Collaborating with the Editorial and Data teams, create page layouts for the covers and inside pages across all directories. Oversee proofing process with Editorial, correcting proofs as requested until finalized.Composing directory pages from raw extracted data using system software and templates.Preparing and finalizing system-ready files per printer specifications, uploading to printer’s website by deadlines.Reviewing all advertising submissions, either approving their system-readiness for final production or returning them to

Editor to be corrected and re-submitted for pre-flight and production, occasionally working directly with advertisers to solicit corrections to materials when necessary.Reviewing and formatting Major Shipping and Weekly Shipping files, uploading to printer's website by deadlines.Obtaining and assigning ISBN numbers for each edition of each directory and filing each edition with the U.S. Copyright Office, securing its copyright.Requesting quotes for customized financial directories at Account Managers’ request. Once sold, set up schedules for custom financial directories with printer and customer, providing customer with final production schedule and specifications for any customizable materials.Entering new Listings, updates, and deletions to
