This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily and help create a supportive and meaningful community.POSITION:The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the Sales Manager with new membership sales by welcoming potential members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and discovering individuals’ goals and needsPresent available services to current or prospective membersAssist clients with booking needsAssume responsibility for developing selling skillsProcess accurate cash and credit card transactionsFollow up and follow through activities with prospective clientsTake pictures for social media platformsClean the retail area, studio, and restroomsREQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredWarm, welcoming, and engaging personalityAbility to build strong customer relationshipsGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retailSelf-motivated and takes initiativeAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsAuthorization to work in the United States requiredCOMPENSATION & PERKS:Competitive base rate and commission paid on salesOpportunities for growth including management positionsFree unlimited membership to Pure BarreEmployee Retail DiscountsAPPLICATION PROCESS:To apply for the Sales Representative role, email jill.mcnamara@purebarre.com with a copy of your resume and why you think you would be a good fit for our team!Compensation: $18.50 per hourPure Barre is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
