The Role

As a Global Content Marketing Lead at Kyndryl, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the narrative and engage audiences in a way that highlights your creativity and expertise. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s strategic initiatives and business, setting Kyndryl apart. Your role will involve designing and developing a content strategy that produces content that leads to greater customer engagement.

You’ll report to the Global Content Marketing Lead on the central team based in the US. Your responsibilities will include crafting content strategies that resonate with our target audience using data insights and best practices.

Your creative leadership will be crucial as you lead the briefing process for content creation—from concept to storyboarding—and produce engaging content that stands out in the market. You’ll also provide input on content creation models based on creative needs and budgetary considerations.

You’ll play a key role in content optimization, generating innovative ideas that use emerging technology to engage clients in new ways.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.

Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and content.

Experience in managing content production across various formats and channels.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including social media, creative, and editorial resources.

Flexibility to adapt content strategies based on performance data and market changes.

Based anywhere in the US, but working on East Coast business hours.

Preferred Skills and Experience

A degree in Communications, Journalism, English or other similar creative writing and/or design field is preferred but not required.

Ability to collaborate and mentor creative/editorial teams and external partners.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $102,720 to $213,000

Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360

New York City: $112,080 to $213,000

Washington: $102,720 to $195,120

Washington DC: $102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
