The Marketing Generalist serves the Marketing team by coordinating mid-level campaigns and ad hoc projects from strategy to ROI measurement. This role will, serve as the department's campaign coordinator using WorkFront, and will jump in and wear multiple hats to get various jobs done. This includes copywriting, content creation, production-level graphic design, and project management. The Marketing Specialist has the strategic mindset to see the big picture needs and create integrated marketing activities to generate lead funnels.General ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage mid-level marketing and communications campaigns from initiation through completion, including task management in Workfront.Oversee the intake of ad hoc projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Ensure that campaigns are tracked, digital assets are saved appropriately, and approvals are documented.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and timelines.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and support.Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to department leadership on effectiveness.Develop compelling strategy and effective copy for various marketing materials and owned media, including emails, social media posts, landing pages, digital displays, and more.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.Assist with completing market and competitive research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, and helping to identify target audiencesAdditional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5 to 10 years proven experience in marketing and campaign management.Experience in production-level graphic design and copywriting.

Ability to sit or stand at a desk the majority of the day; talk or hear; stand or walk occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is typically utilizing a computer, keyboard, and phone. May occasionally reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
