Key Responsibilities:

Open Order List Management:

Regularly update and manage job orders for recruiters, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Website Updates:

Maintain and update the company website, including job postings, forms, blog content, and general site upkeep.

Social Media Management:

Schedule and post engaging content on social media platforms (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), including a weekly "Workforce Wednesday" post.

Interact with followers and respond to comments and inquiries.

Digital Marketing Ads:

Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Snapchat, and Google Ads.

B2B Sales Emails:

Design and send B2B sales emails through MailChimp, manage email lists, and analyze campaign performance.

Lead Generation:

Implement and track lead generation strategies to support business growth.

Event Planning and Marketing:

Coordinate and promote events, such as Pet Fest, including planning, logistics, and marketing efforts.

Sales Collateral Management:

Order and manage sales materials (brochures, business cards, promotional items) and ensure timely distribution.

Christmas Gifts and Party Planning:

Organize Christmas gifts for clients and staff, and plan the annual Christmas party.

Sponsorship and Community Engagement:

Research sponsorship opportunities and develop strategies to enhance community involvement.

Referral Program Management:

Oversee the referral program, track referrals, and ensure accurate bonus payouts.

Job Fairs Coordination:

Plan and represent the company at job fairs, preparing marketing materials and ensuring effective participation.

Marketing Material Creation:

Design and produce marketing flyers, business cards, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
