As a Partner Marketing Engagement Specialist for Docusign, you will be an active all-round contributor to an integrated and highly collaborative marketing team, tasked with delivering creative and productive marketing programs in close alignment with the Sales team.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing.ResponsibilityAssist with Docusign's Partner Day event and third-party events, working with events and field marketing teams, including content, strategy and project management, to engage our technology, resell and SI partner baseLead partner communications, including social media, newsletters, emails, and related activities
Support creation of customer story engine in collaboration with PR and thought leadership to build industry momentum for ecosystem
Unlock the value delivered by the partner community to our growing Self-Service, Commercial and Enterprise customer bases, working with marketing and sales teams responsible for those audiences
Work with partners and internal collaborators to support the development of scalable marketing campaigns that drive the business and elevate Docusign and our partners in a meaningful way
Develop a deep understanding of our partner and customer needs and priorities and how they align with our goals to decide quarterly and annual goals

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Basic2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or with a Master's degree1+ year of experience in SaaS spacePreferred1+ years of experience in a developer marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, or field marketing role with emphasis on partner or alliance programs and campaigns in SaaSHighly motivated, proactive, and personable individual able to collaborate with all levels of an organization internally and externallyAdaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentStrategic and critical thinker, analytical skills, business sense and high capacity to synthesize data insightsExcellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach with the desire to work collaboratively with internal and external teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting global-first teamsExperience working with enterprise SaaS productsExperience marketing to developers and product managersProject management experience and/or experience working with cross-functional teams
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $40.14/hour - $58.13/hour base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $38.03/hour - $49.42/hour base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $38.03/hour - $52.19/hour base salaryWashington DC: $40.14/hour - $52.19/hour base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
