We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven contractor for our Senior Marketing Manager of Paid Media role to lead and scale our accounts across Meta, Google, & other channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing media spend, and improving the overall efficiency of our digital marketing efforts. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute campaigns & creative that align with business goals and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) in all paid media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategy : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, and other programmatic channels.Campaign Management : Oversee day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and deliver on expected ROAS goals.Budget Management : Allocate and optimize media spend across channels, ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget including incrementality of additional budget.Analytics and Reporting : Regularly analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure that paid media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business strategies.A/B Testing and Optimization : Lead continuous testing and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance and achieve incrementality.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends : Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure that Gantri is at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.Strong preference given to Northbeam experience.Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution.Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

$75 - $150 an hour

Hourly rate commiserate with experience.
