We are hiring a Digital Content Manager to join the integrated marketing team! As the Content Manager, you will get to lead and manage the content strategy across leading brands to engage with the consumer base we are trying to speak with by planning what we want to say, and how to pay this off, through the project management, activation and execution of all content through, paid owned and earned channels in collaboration with other COE's.

Responsibilities for the Digital Content Manager include:Develop holistic content strategies for brands that intersect consumers is in their journey, with appropriate brand communication for the person and channel, and ensure the right content is created and executed in a timely fashionInterpret the content strategy and drive the content for Digital Activation plans from Brief to Execution

Collaborate with Brand, IM & Ecomm teams to gather the campaign or content objective, direction & timelineBuild a brief that pulls all of the above together in a simple easy to read mannerBuild the GTM Wrike process out (including timelines, all digital content involved, etc)Collaborate with/Brief the Creative Services teams to get the content created, proofed and approved by brand and legalCoordinate with the appropriate teams to share out the final products and communicate timelines for go lives

Be the person on point for a portfolio of brands, overseeing project management of all integrated marketing brand deliverables and briefing for specific channelsPartner with Brand, E-comm, DTC, Shopper, Social, PR teams to understand brand strategic plans and digital content needs covering a variety of areas including but not limited to:Ensure our paid media creative is optimize to channel and audience

Understand specs for each brand/channelBe the GPN owner of the media traffic sheet to determine what should run,

Continuously update the department wide organization and communication streamliningAnalyze competitive contentLead, manage and develop a small team of 1 or more content specialistsThe ability to jump in on campaign (external or internal) calls on behalf of the Senior Digital Advertising & Content ManagerApply best practices to processes, content & organizationEducation/Skills

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital content, marketingProject management skills in collaborative software (similar to Wrike)MS Suite medium to high proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint); SharepointWell-developed organizational and project management skills to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously
