ABOUT THE ROLEDevelop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the resort’s overall business objectives.Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESExperience in sales account management, revenue management, and marketing communication with a strong understanding of hotel operations and management.Demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai, complemented by proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
