Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Type: Regular Full Time# of Openings: 1Category: Marketing, Design, and CommunicationsBloomington, ILResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing teams that design and deliver a variety of modern learning and performance support tactics in alignment with learning strategy with a significant focus on agility and paceWorks with Enterprise Technology, HR&D and Enterprise Operations partners to ensure alignment on the use of key technology platforms such as WalkMe, Oracle and WorkdayResponsible for a broad and significant scope of work; leads managers to set clear priorities and roadmaps for development of web, eLearning, WalkMe elements and other technical deliverables needed to support agents and their teamsManages vendor supported learning budget and partnership with key vendors, ensuring a maximum return on investmentPartners with other Agency Directors and business partners to resolve conflicts in priorities and adjust capacity as neededThinks about the future of learning and technology and proactively identifies and delivers on new and emerging approaches such as Artificial IntelligenceThis position is a Hybrid work arrangment, located in Bloomington IL, Dunwoody GA, Richardson TX, or Tempe AZ.
