Collaborate on crafting and executing email marketing campaigns.Assist in writing press releases and pitches, manage distribution, conduct follow-ups, and gain insights on franchise PR.Contribute to updating Fransmart's website, brand landing pages, and social media channels to ensure positive guest sentiment and maintain an active content calendar.Edit video footage and create engaging clips for marketing purposes.Assist in organizing and planning conferences and events.Contribute to writing engaging blog posts for the Fransmart website.Regularly visit restaurant brand teams/locations to stay updated on operations, marketing efforts, and storytelling opportunities.Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to onboard new portfolio brands using a marketing startup toolkit, resource recommendations, and ongoing strategic marketing counsel.Assist in developing B2B marketing plans for designated franchise brands, aligning with overarching marketing goals, targets, and KPIs.And other as needed tasks to assist the marketing team.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Previous marketing experience, particularly in B2B and/or B2C, is a plus but not required.Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate closely with the team to achieve impactful results.Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to quickly learn and navigate programs like HubSpot, Asana, and other CRM tools.Analytical mindset to understand, analyze, and report on campaign results.Self-motivated, resourceful, solutions-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing projects.Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt positively to change.Willingness and availability to travel as required.Strong commitment to and passion for growing emerging brands, especially within the restaurant and retail space.Analytical and problem-solving skills to generate innovative ideas for increasing demand for franchise brands.About Fransmart: Fransmart, the premier franchise development firm, specializes in transforming emerging restaurant concepts into successful national and global brands.
