Joining Collibra's Growth Marketing team:

Collibra is looking for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as Sr. Director of Field & Partner Marketing. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategy, tactics and team that delivers marketing sourced, partner sourced and partner attach goal attainment. As a senior member of our team, you'll help embrace and drive change ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business. The Sr. Director of Field & Partner Marketing at Collibra will be responsible for:

Owning, developing and executing strategically focused and regionally aligned integrated field / partner marketing campaigns, programs and engagements that drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targetsAligning and collaborating with GTM leaders to develop our global field and partner marketing priorities and execution plans with the right resource allocation to deliver on revenue objectivesPersonally developing deep and influential relationships with our sales leaders as well as our partners, and Partner Account Managers - to deliver joint marketing plans that drive impact globallyWorking closely with our Integrated Marketing and Portfolio Marketing teams to develop partner-related content including customer success stories, use cases, and joint value presentations. Develop comprehensive plan for both external and internal communicationsMonitoring and analyzing marketing's performance and providing insights to optimize strategies. Manage the budgets for field and partner marketing.

You Have:

10+ years experience in Field/Partner/Channel marketing delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Cross-functional program management experience building and successfully delivering innovative, scalable, joint demand generation programs with partners such as SAP, Google Cloud and GSIs.An exceptional "can do" positive attitude with stand-out interpersonal and communications skills to achieve highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders.Proven ability to influence teams beyond organizational boundaries.Proven experience in driving regional and partner marketing with a track record of achieving pipeline goals.A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $204,000 - $255,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
