Blue Yonder Job Title:Senior Content Marketing ManagerLocation:US - RemoteOverview:Blue Yonder is looking for a passionate content marketer to join the Marketing team, focusing on helping us create compelling content for audiences globally. This position will help build awareness of, and preference for Blue Yonder through the planning, development, writing, adapting, and editing of content.You'll work closely with the demand generation teams to create a range of content that attracts and converts leads. You'll be a creative thinker that can look beyond the standard to design smart, compelling content to educate our audience and inspire them to engage further.What you will do:Write and edit a broad variety of marketing content that motivates, educates and informs audiences.
Partner closely with marketing colleagues including demand generation, to ensure we're telling the right stories in the right formats.
Guide content creation and reuse processes, providing clear, objective opinions while working collaboratively. Equally comfortable creating content from scratch, helping bring ideas and thought leadership from others to life, and reworking existing materials into new formats.
Experiment with new content formats that lead to greater engagement.
Monitor and report on the performance of content.
What we are looking for:7+ years experience in content marketing including enterprise software or related B2B tech communications.
A natural storyteller with the ability to take complex tech concepts and translate it into digestible customer facing content.
Strong ability to guide the content creation process from ideation through execution. You need to love storytelling and the art and craft of creating content.
You understand how to find the balance between audience needs and the viewpoint that the company wants to convey.
Editing skills, including the ability to take rough content and shape it into a compelling story or repurpose existing content into new forms or for different audiences.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrating passion around finding the best way to tell every story.
A focus on continual improvement, testing and iterations. You'll look at how content is performing and strive to make it better.
Work well under pressure, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Writing samples will be required.
Business-level fluency in another European language would be an asset.
#LI-REMOTE-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: $120,334.55 - $151,665.44 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
