Job summary:

The Sales Analyst Senior – Digital will be responsible for helping to create, develop and implement our digital marketing strategy. This position will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts by creating, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns; managing and maintaining our WordPress website, developing and nurturing affiliate marketing relationships, and creating detailed customer profiles. Additionally, this position will be required to produce high-quality content and compelling design work that aligns with our brand's voice and strategy.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development and Execution: Help to create, develop and implement our digital marketing strategy by working directly with the Manager Gas Sales and the VP Mass Markets.Digital Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Website Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations of our WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Affiliate Marketing Development: Identify and establish relationships with key affiliate partners to expand our reach and drive additional revenue.Customer Profile Development: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles to guide marketing strategies and ensure targeted, effective communication.Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop engaging content and design for digital campaigns, website updates, and other marketing materials.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business goals.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Compliance/ Legal to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Performs other related duties as required.Education & Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent or related knowledge. (Experience in lieu of education is in addition to the experience requirement.)Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign creation, website management, and content development.Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.Proven experience in content creation and copywriting, with a portfolio of work showcasing your ability to engage and persuade audiences is requiredCapability and Skillset Requirements:

Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Able to demonstrate the manual dexterity to operate a personal computer effectively.Able to sit for extended periods of time.Able to view personal computer for long periods of time.Able to speak, read and understand the English language.Able to operate office machines including telephone, photocopier, fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.Working Conditions:

Able to work scheduled overtime on a regular basis and unscheduled overtime as workload demands.Able to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether open office, cubicle or private office.Able to travel occasionally, possibly overnight, to attend meetings and/or energy industry conferences.Able to support the Emergency Operating Plan.
