Job Description
We currently have an internship opportunity on our Marketing & Communications team. This internship is based out of our Boston, MA office located at 28 State Street. This is a paid 2025 summer internship that will last approximately 10-12 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Draft, publish and monitor posts for the company's social media accounts: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and internal and external blogs.Support internal communications and external social media editorial calendar by tracking weekly social posts and presenting to team.Periodically draft content for internal communications (e.g., announcements, business updates).Compile monthly company reports across all channels (internal and external)Post content to corporate intranet and public websites using content management system.Research and draft articles and content for various business client websites.Assist with in-flight marketing and communications projects.
Requirements:Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of social media platforms and trends (avid users preferred). Demonstrates proficiency with computer software including current Window Operating System, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with content creation for social platforms and/or Creative Cloud a plus. This position is Monday- Thursday, 32 hours per week.
Education and Experience:The ideal candidate will be working towards a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, English, or a related field and graduating in 2026 or 2027.
