As a team member of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, you will help build a positive working environment where employees bring the Center’s mission of serving as a gathering place for all in our community to life.Under the general supervision of the Center’s Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator strategically manages, develops and implements the Center’s media strategy in order to increase our overall presence, organizational awareness and improves marketing and sales efforts.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the primary/essential functions of the position and are not all-inclusive.

Assist Senior Manager of Marketing on the development of and lead the execution of annual Season Ticket Holder, group sales and individual single ticket advertising and promotion campaigns for the Boldt Arts Alive! Series, Spotlight Series, Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America Series, Fox Cities P.A.C. Presents and Amcor Education Series titles along with Center curated programs.Manage and distribute press, trade, and promotional tickets.Manage marketing settlement costs, marketing accounts payables, and invoicing.Manage the distribution of all advertising and collateral materials for shows and events.Ensure brand and show identity integrity.Manage and coordinate the creation and localization of ad materials in collaboration with Creative Services Manager.Manage invoices and tracking for Marketing budgetSECONDARY FUNCTIONSThe following are the secondary functions of the position and are not all-inclusive.Serve as the ambassador among the Center staff and volunteers to encourage understanding and appreciation of the various Center campaigns.Work occasional nights and weekends.Complete other projects and duties as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in marketing or public relations.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal skills and must interact effectively with staff and volunteer leadership at all levels, show management and advertising partners.Thrives as part of a collaborative team.Effective negotiatorCritical thinkerKnowledgeable about current media channels and advertising optionsExceptional organization, oral, and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power PointSalary:
