The successful candidate will be responsible for creating all the social media and marketing for our company, planning events, creating a budget for the events planned, and overseeing our Customer Service Representatives to ensure that our company meets its customer service goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and budget a social media campaign for our diverse company.
Implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our customer service processes.
Oversee the management of customer service projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Develop and maintain metrics to measure customer satisfaction and retention of business.
Stay up-to-date with marketing and social media trends and best sales practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Ability to motivate and train people in sales and marketing.
Experience with project budgeting.
Experience in sales and customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with sales, marketing, and media technology.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
