Vice President, Enterprise Communications

How does the role impact the organization?

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our Communications and Marketing leadership team as the Vice President of Enterprise Communications. In this critical role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to engage our advisor network with enterprise initiatives, provide executive communications support to our CEO and SVP of our Private Client Group, and build our brand through earned media and stakeholder relations. Your expertise in communication, coupled with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, will be instrumental in shaping our corporate narrative and fostering trust with clients and the broader community.

What will your role be responsible for?

Develop and execute a cohesive corporate communication strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of our business.

Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and thought leadership within the industry.

Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, including crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.

Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and multimedia assets that showcase our expertise and differentiate us in the marketplace.

Identify industry-compliant award opportunities to promote and amplify through our internal and external channels.

Lead content planning and execution for our corporate digital channels.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, media, industry associations, and community partners.

Establish an earned media strategy promoting our thought leadership.

Internal Communication and Advisor / Employee Engagement and change communications

Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement, alignment, and retention within the wealth management division.

Ensure timely and transparent communication of key business initiatives, organizational updates, and strategic priorities to employees at all levels.

Lead the strategy, maintenance and content planning for our internal communications channels ensuring timely business-relevant content to our advisor network and employees.

Executive Communications strategy and support.

Communications planning and execution for the CEO and SVP PCG – includes external and internal communications and speaking engagements.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of corporate communication initiatives and campaigns.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, insights, and areas for improvement.
