We're seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our top ranked global law firm client.

Bachelor's Degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field preferred and any marketing experience is helpful.

Position is based in San Diego but open to New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston or Seattle locations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with other marketing team members to support business development and marketing activities for the litigation department. The primary goal is to drive revenue through supporting the administrative aspects of new business opportunities and client expansion programs, including pitches and proposals, events and sponsorships, key client initiatives, and sales pipeline management.

What You'll Do:

Data entry

Enter and update bio, practice group and experience records in databasesSalesforceBasic updating of account / pipeline / contact recordsDe-dedupe contact and account recordsBasic creation of campaign recordsEvent invitation list management:Update marketing lists with new contacts/clients from firm activityAssist with upcoming invitation creation and events activitiesReview attendance and contact information after events and updating Salesforce and event ROI documents, as neededData management

Matter tracking for the following department/practice groups:Business litigationEmployment & LaborIntellectual Property LitigationPatentPro BonoProduct Liability & ComplianceSecurities LitigationTrademark Copyright & AdvertisingWhite Collar Defense & InvestigationsEducationCommunicationsSalesforce management.Create and update pipeline recordsOther

Synthesize and analyze pipeline and pitch history for targeting effortsManagement of key litigation department initiativesSupport senior marketing team members in their respective roles at the annual partners' meetingsPitch support

Create and update logo slidesSupport edits to pitch documentsDownload and format biosDraft opportunity details to be tracked within SalesforceWin/loss follow-upSupport litigation department events, sponsorships and external client activitiesAct as project & deadline calendar coordinatorCoordinate with secretaries to calendar various partner/marketing callsWhat You'll Bring
