What You'll Do:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with Marketing, Product, Insights, Go-to-Market, Media, Content, and Data Science teams to define strategy and build scalable growth models.Partner with Market and Country Marketing teams to implement acquisition models across paid and organic channels.

Growth Model Development:

Create and maintain core acquisition models for commercial products/services using qualitative and quantitative approaches (e.g., demand creation, ABM).Continuously refine acquisition models through rapid experimentation.

Content & Asset Development:

Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt content and assets for scalable or account-based marketing programs, tailored to customer journey stages and account status.

Performance Measurement:

Forecast, measure, and report on the performance of growth models and campaigns using key metrics like MQA (Marketing Qualified Accounts), MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunities), and MCW (Marketing Contributed Wins).

Funnel Optimization:

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize the acquisition, activation, and retention funnel, as well as the product onboarding experience.

Retention & Engagement Models:

Eventually establish and implement Retention and Engagement models to drive ongoing growth and user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:Marketing Expertise:

Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns within the Commercial/Enterprise/B2B sector, with a strong focus on integrated marketing and account-based strategies.

End-to-End Connections Planning:

Deep understanding of the Customer Decision Journey and how to create outstanding customer experiences that convert target accounts. Experience in developing content for account-based programs aligned with journey stages.

Growth Expertise:

Over 5 years of expertise in building scalable growth models (e.g., ABM, demand capture, Reforge) and driving growth for Commercial/Enterprise/B2B products/services.

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Heap, and Amplitude to inform strategies and tactics.

Cross-functional Execution Skills:

Experience collaborating with paid media, search, and content teams to drive digital strategies for account-based marketing programs (digital ads, paid social, content syndication, etc.).Ability to contribute to web and landing page experience development for target accounts.
