Duties & Responsibilities:Design & create graphics for all print, digital, and social mediaCreate and produce videos for social media and digital marketing campaignsManage team social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTokAssist with all production needs for home games, special events, non-baseball events, etc.Responsible for building the annual promotional calendarWork with internal departments to plan and execute theme nights and promotional calendarSchedule and book entertainment acts, while maintaining an annual budget.Scheduling and preparing all pre-game, in-game and post-game promotions.Manage and lead all on field and in-between innings promotional activities from brainstorming to execution.Hire and oversee promotional seasonal staff and other members of the marketing department.Other duties as assignedDesired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years' experience in photography/videography, editing and/or graphic design; sports or entertainment industry experience preferredProficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After EffectsStill photography experience a plusExperience running social media accounts and manage paid social media campaignsTroubleshooting skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to work well as a team and independentlyAbility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
