The Claris Product Design Team is seeking a Visual Designer with experience designing for complex, data heavy, enterprise solutions. Work ranges from concept creation to detailed design specifications. You will work with designers and stakeholders on reimagining and refining the visual look and feel of our native Mac app, as well as several web based products. Responsibilities include the evolution of our design system across the platform. You have a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for typography, iconography, and color. This is a fast paced agile environment with quick turnaround times.Minimum QualificationsBachelor degree in design, graphic design, visual communication or relative field.5+ years of experience as an interface visual designer working with engineering teams.Key QualificationsDesigning for enterprise software.A strong portfolio showcasing the way you think and work.Projects that describe who motivated the design, what influenced decisions, and how you delivered the solution.Skills to iterate and move features forward with stakeholders, including engineering and product management.Additional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
