You will develop and execute marketing communication strategies, lead and inspire a team, collaborate across functions and regions, and help drive awareness for the Samsung Semiconductor business. This role demands a proactive leader capable of harmonizing teams across the globe, ensuring our communications resonate with diverse audiences and are aligned with our strategic goals.Location: Hybrid onsite at our San Jose office 3+ days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.Reports to: Head of Marketing CommunicationsJob ID: 42215Develop integrated marketing communications that highlight our strengths in Memory, Foundry, and System LSI technologies.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing and product planning to ensure cohesive message and strategy, with an emphasis on aligning with headquarters in South Korea.Drive messaging for showcases at industry and Samsung events with a strong focus on customer benefits/value.Lead a team of 3-4 marketing communication leaders.Support your team, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, developing growth opportunities, and proactively planning for the future.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.What You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.15+ years of experience in PR, Executive Communications, Social Media, Marcom, and/or Digital Marketing.Experience in the semiconductor industry, analyst relations, or internal communications is a plus; solid tech background is required.Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for clear, compelling written and verbal messaging.Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing and inspiring teams.Cultural sensitivity and global awareness, with the ability to navigate and bridge international cultural and communication differences.Strategic thinking and meticulous in execution, with an eye for detail.A sense of humor that contributes to a positive and engaging work environment.You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.What We OfferThe pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
