Envision is searching for a forward-thinking and innovative marketing professional to join our team. The selected candidate with work directly with our CEO and Business Development team to drive market awareness, growth, and lead generation efforts. The role will include responsibility for strategy and development of all digital assets and social accounts, as well as coordination and execution of web-based and live events.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing strategy for a technical services organization and will have demonstrated success in driving marketing and growth in a similar business previously. Design expertise is highly valued, but not a requirement; the organization does have other design talent.
Most critically, the right candidate will be excited to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on about execution of marketing efforts. This person will also be able to bring a playful, occasionally mischievous, and above all energetic approach to how we present ourselves to the world. Letting our team's culture shine through in all of our initiatives is of paramount importance to us.
Headquartered in Rhode Island, but servicing on a national level, we fully support a distributed workforce and empower our team with the ability to work from anywhere. That said, the requirements of this position (and key to any candidate's success) is that you will need to be working on-site or in-office some of the time to build community with our team, understand and contribute to our culture, and of course to be involved with live marketing events and trade shows.
Desired Technical and Work Experience
Experience marketing and selling professional services, especially technology services, to a Nationwide audience.Expertise with social media marketing, lead scoring, & marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot.Demonstrated ability to develop strategy to connect with, and consistently grow, a digital audience (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc).Demonstrated ability to strategically convert digital interactions into leads or live attendees.Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with Google Ads and other online marketing platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our senior executive team to develop and execute on our marketing strategy. This strategy currently encompasses vendor partner relationships, a burgeoning channel program for other companies to resell our services, and our direct sales team.Support the company's in-house sales team through the development and curation of marketing materials - including presentations, proposals, product literature, infographics, video content, and more.Support the company's channel program and partners with sales-focused materials directed to that specific audience.Research, organize, and execute on events to build the company's brand and drive qualified leads for the sales team. These will include both virtual and live events. Some of these will be events that the company participates in as a sponsor, as well as events where Envision is the host and sole organizer.Lead the production of unique content for Envision's website and social channels. This may include blog content, videos, podcasts, whitepapers, E-books, and more.Grow the company's social media presence across selected channels and strategize on new ways to use those channels in business development initiatives.Work with our HR team on internal marketing and communication projects to reinforce company culture.
