At Bloomberg Finance we are committed to providing world-class support to our business partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our larger finance team supporting the Core Product organization. The CFO team provides critical financial advisory to the product teams in support of the business. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modelling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and pioneering technology based financial services business.

Salary Range: 105,000 - 140,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modelling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and pioneering technology based financial services business.
We'll trust you to:
- Oversee Consolidated Headcount and Compensation reporting and prepare analytics that provide insights to leadership
- Be responsible for monthly Editorial & Research management reporting and presentations, providing insight into business performance results measuring against plan and financial outlooks for expense, headcount, compensation and capital as well as operational metric performance updates against plan
- Establish business partnering relationships with key business contacts, supporting CFO team, and central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams to deliver end to end financial support
- Work closely with the supporting CFO team members in a collaborative environment that requires effective communication, project planning, meeting deadlines and managing expectations
- Assess business processes and aim to streamline and improve financial analysis and reporting to provide a greater foundation for business decisions
- Assist on Special Projects
You'll need to have:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, identifying business trends and be able to create insightful analysis
- Strong quantitative, project management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced technical skills in dealing with large volumes of data
We'd love to see:
- Experience with SAP/BPC
- Familiarity with the Bloomberg Terminal
