We Are Looking For Someone Like You
This candidate will be responsible for creating a 3D plumbing fabrication model from design drawings, detailing a system that can be fabricated and installed in compliance with all applicable codes, industry standards and installation requirements. This candidate is also responsible for Trimble and supporting the field for success in using robotic total stations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:2 Years Experience with BIM1 Year Field Experience with Plumbing InstallationHigh Understanding of the Current Plumbing Codes (2009 and 2016)Willingness to understand the intricacies of the St. Louis Plumbing CodeREVITReviztoAutoCADNavisworks: Manage and ReviewBIM Collaboration (C4R, BIM 360)Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, is a plusProject Coordination MeetingsDetailed plumbing models, layouts, drawingsGenerating Bill of Materials (BOM) reportsCreating isometric spool drawingsProviding Construction supportCommunication and organizational skillsUnderstanding of Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Fire Sprinkler drawingsHigh sense of collaboration while working with members of the design team, estimators, owners and subcontractors, among othersUnderstanding of coordination of all trades for clearances and avoidance of collisions (clash detection)What We Will Bring to the Table
