We Are Looking For Someone Like You

As a Marketing Administrator you will be a vital member of Murphy's Marketing team. You will help support our company's portfolio by utilizing your attention to detail and time management skills to create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company's proposals and social media.

Your Day-to-Day at Murphy CompanyCreate, post, and maintain all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedInHR assist with internal events and internal communications (i.e Newsletter, Company Picnic, Front Desk)Manage new employee headshots and submissions for NewsletterMaintain and update prequalifications and update OneNote with most recent informationMaintaining and updating items on the IntranetAssist Marketing Coordinator(s) and/or Manager with Proposal requestsMake Salesforce updates/Database maintenanceUpdate Project Profiles and Resumes on a quarterly basesAssist with scheduling project site visits and take progress photosAttend/Assist with trade shows and client related eventsBring Your A-Game!

Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required.1+ years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.What We Will Bring to the Table
