Immediate Openings for Plumbing BIM Designers and Modelers NATIONWIDE!
These are fully remote positions, with all necessary equipment and software provided.
Our client is a fast-growing BIM and VDC service that serves clients across the US, and is looking to hire both Junior-level and Senior-level Designers and Modelers to their team.
Responsibilities:* Develop and manage BIM models for various projects.* Assist the BIM Lead in coordinating BIM activities and workflows.* Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and related documentation.* Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM activities.* Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.* Create and maintain Revit families and CADmep items as needed.* Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices.* Take on lead coordination duties for smaller projects as assigned by the BIM Lead.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or in progress).* Plumbing systems experience is a must!* Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM within the AEC industry.* Basic knowledge of Revit and other BIM software.* Strong willingness to learn and develop BIM skills.* Good communication and teamwork abilities.* Content Creation or Programming Aptitude.* Basic understanding of construction drawings and AEC disciplines.* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred but not required).* Knowledge of Scan to BIM Hardware, Software and workflows.
