Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media for a top realtor.Our Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, video, and print marketing. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! Will also handle EDDM mailing and brochures.This is a part-time position with you working up to 10 to 15 hours a week.Responsibilities•Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message•Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media•Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth•Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective•Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followersQualifications•Team player•Expert in forward design concepts•B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors•Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills•2+ years of experience in Marketing
