Position Overview: As the Vice President, B2B Marketing & Demand Generation at Tillster, you will serve as the strategic leader spearheading the development and implementation of our B2B strategy with a focus on demand generation strategy.

Strategy, Design, Execution, and Measurement:

Create programs that highlight Tillster and its core positioning, but which also align against competitive landscape.

Identify key customer groups and develop strategies appropriate to their roles in the buying process.

In conjunction with leadership, develop key KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Oversee the execution of demand generation campaigns for Tillster, ensuring precision and consistency across all materials and communications.

Own the demand generation strategy for Tillster customers, creating pipeline generation campaigns to drive new business wins and cross-sell opportunities. Develop campaigns with a laser focus on ROI outcomes.

Marketing Systems and Process Expertise:

Evaluate and put into practice the best use case for marketing automation, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand generation processes specific to Tillster's offerings.

Implement and enhance marketing systems for efficient demand generation, lead generation, scoring, and nurturing tailored to the unique needs of targeted verticals and audiences.

Enterprise Quick-Service Restaurant Market Penetration:

Quick-Service Restaurant or Hospitality experience would be valuable, but not required.

Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to articulate compelling value propositions for Tillster's commerce platform solutions.

Manage strategy for events, tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, and client summits.

Oversee content development to position Tillster as a leader in the marketplace. Content will include white papers, case studies, videos, marketing collateral, etc.

Sales Development Strategy:

Drive the Tillster sales development team to align demand generation efforts with sales priorities in the dynamic landscape of QSR commerce platforms.

Establish and maintain strong communication channels between demand generation and Tillster sales teams to facilitate efficient lead handoff and conversion.

Work with sales team for key training pieces that supplement the demand generation activities.

Public Relations (PR) Management:

Oversee Tillster's PR activities, ensuring strategic alignment with overall demand generation objectives and brand, product messaging.

Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, and key stakeholders to enhance Tillster's visibility and reputation.

Oversee PR agency relationship to execute effective PR campaigns that align with demand generation efforts.

Pay and Benefits (USA)

Expected base salary range:

Vice President Level: $190,000 - $225,000.

Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy, and best practices.

Equity:

All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.

Holidays:

The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.

Retirement:

Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
