Vice President of Demand Generation

Reports to: Group Vice President of Revenue Marketing Job Overview: This role is responsible for building a team that designs, executes and analyzes results for multi-channel demand generation campaigns across OMNIA Partners. As a key leader within the Revenue Marketing team, the VP of Demand Generation will work with sales and marketing peers to translate company growth strategy into long- and short-term campaigns that drive inbound leads and sales pipeline. The VP will directly manage a team of marketers that ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a range of experience in B2B marketing functions, with proven expertise in content marketing, event activation, email marketing and SEO. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Revenue Growth:
Design and execute targeted campaigns that drive new customer acquisition as well as revenue growth (cross-sell) within our existing customer base. Content Marketing:
Build and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy for the company that builds our reputation as a thought-leader and trusted partner to CFOs and Procurement teams. Produce and distribute content across multiple channels in support of the strategy. Account Based Campaigns:
Execute on multi-channel ABM campaigns to target and acquire key high-value customers in target verticals. Know the Customer:
Engage regularly with customers to understand their wants, needs and expectations. Use those insights to build relevant and engaging marketing content. Agency Management:
Own and manage our relationship with multiple outside service providers including content producers and design firms to support demand gen campaigns. ROI Analysis:
Track campaign results to continually improve marketing and sales investments. Provide regular reports and improvement plans to the Executive Leadership Team. Training/Skills/Experience: 10+ years in marketing, ideally in a range of disciplines including content marketing, media production, email marketing, public relations and related functions. Analytical and math-oriented marketer with an investor mindset – proven ability to make marketing decisions based on data and ROI analysis. Proven management skills and the ability to delegate work, orchestrate work across multiple people and teams and develop talent. Deep experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to execute campaigns (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience a plus). Experience working directly with sales and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns. Ability to craft powerful content and ensure consistency of message across all channels. Demonstrated ability to discuss and present on marketing campaign performance with C-Suite audiences. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field *This role will be based at our Franklin, TN office. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
