The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving top line sales, managing brand awareness, developing strategic promotional plans, and preparing marketing campaigns to attract business. This position will guide and assist the property sales teams, review sales budgets, research the current industry trends to identify business opportunities and share resources effectively. Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities. Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement. Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting. Report on team and individual performance. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies. Build and form new partnerships with potential clients. Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality sales, Hilton & Marriott experience required. Experience as a manager. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to build rapport with clients.
