Juvare's Product Communications team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented writer to craft and maintain software documentation that drives our government and corporate clients' success in emergency management, public health, and healthcare.Location : Atlanta, GA or Remote

Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Reports To : Manager of Product CommunicationsJob Duties :Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, support, and client success, to thoroughly understand our products and their documentation needs.Design, write, and maintain high-quality documentation for both internal and external audiences.Utilize Madcap Flare to create, manage, and publish clear, precise documentation, adhering to both general technical writing standards and our specific style guide.Evaluate and enhance existing content based on structured review protocols.Ensure a consistent voice across all documentation, prioritizing clarity and cohesion.Plan and maintain the information architecture to optimize content reuse and accessibility.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.At least five years of experience in technical writing, specifically within the software industry.At least five years of experience with Madcap Flare.Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Expertise in English grammar, syntax, and formatting.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Experience contributing to and working with style guides and other documentation tools.We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including :Competitive health and life insurance packages401K with corporate matchingCommuter expense and tuition reimbursementUnlimited PTO policyAdditional Information:This position is subject to compliance with the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and may require a U.S. person status verification.Candidates may be required to undergo an SF-85 background check for certain government-related projects.This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
