Walmart Connect (WMC) is Walmart's media and advertising platform, uniquely designed to help brands reach hundreds of millions of shoppers across their entire shopping journey, online and in stores. As a fast-growing brand and business within Walmart, the Fortune 1 company, we are poised for continued growth and success.
WMC is looking for a strategic B2B marketer with experience across channels - ideally with eCommerce, retail media, and/or ad sales background - to join our seller marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driving marketing initiatives that support the growth and performance of SMB sellers who advertise on our platform.
Responsibilities
Understand our product offerings and advertising best practices for sellers’ success.
Harness strategic and creative thinking to build annual plans, present, execute, measure, and scale innovative and effective integrated B2B marketing initiatives – including case studies, presentations, emails, webinars, events, and sales collateral - that drive awareness, acquisition, retention, and increased advertising investment across tens of thousands of sellers.
Leverage strong data skills and exceptional verbal and written storytelling to help the team craft compelling messages for our seller audience, deliver it to executives, and influence decision-making.
Act as a strategic partner to our cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing and other marketing functions by sharing your knowledge and point of view on how we can optimize our efforts to achieve shared goals.
Implement systems, processes, and technology that enable the team’s scale, speed, efficient cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and flawless execution, with attention to both the big picture and the devilish details.
Demonstrate resilience and the ability to have the tough conversations necessary to drive accountability and resolve conflict.
Help shape Walmart Connect’s culture, mission and goals by building strong relationships and trust, and modeling emotional intelligence, operational excellence, and a growth mindset.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 8 years' experience in marketing or a related field.
B2B marketing strategy expertise with a proven track record of driving revenue at scale.
Experience building and executing short- and long-term integrated marketing plans - including but not limited to: executive presentations, email, events, social, and sales collateral – and measuring success.
Functional knowledge of tools and technologies to automate, streamline, and optimize marketing efforts.
Data acumen and exceptional verbal, visual and written storytelling skills. Power Point expertise is a must.
Impeccable communication and organizational skills that enable cross-functional collaboration in highly matrixed settings, with many stakeholders for multiple projects at once, and to execute them efficiently and effectively.
Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and having tough conversations with leaders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Business Administration or related field.
Background in eComm/Retail marketing and/or ad sales marketing with tech companies and/or agencies is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 in Hoboken, New Jersey and $117,000.00-$234,000.00 in San Bruno, California. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
