The Marketing Director is responsible for providing strategic, data-driven marketing direction, driving Harrison Financial Services brand presence as well as the productivity and revenue for the firm.

This position serves as a program liaison to the Network and Home Office, managing all firm-wide internal and external marketing events and unique marketing plans to help increase client leads/prospects.

This individual should thrive in an environment that promotes direct engagement with the leadership team, embraces innovation, and strategic problem-solving.

General Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned to the firm’s vision/strategy.

Plan, manage, and oversee the marketing budget.

Identify, plan, and execute small to large scale marketing events.

Promote and build the Harrison Financial Services brand to attract our target market.

Track and measure marketing programs and social media impact and overall ROI.

Oversee plan for marketing Client/Next Gen education/training.

Assist in the implementation of marketing tactics geared towards promoting private family office services.

Maintain key media and business partnerships that will generate increased exposure for the firm.

Support local public relations, advertising, and philanthropic efforts.

Serve as an expert on CRM, key marketing strategies and tactics for client segmentation, prospecting, promotion, client experience affinity marketing, and center of influence development.

Maintain key relationships with Network/Home Office compliance and marketing teams.

Manage upkeep of digital assets such as the firm’s website and social media platforms.

Lead and develop members of the marketing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.

7-10+ years marketing experience.

Results-driven leader with an energetic, inquisitive personality who embraces disruption and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program with measurable results.

Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies to ROI.

Change driver with an ability to motivate individuals and teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly detailed and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media technologies (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).

Financial services experience a plus.

Previous sales or business development experience a plus.

Pay:

$73,117.00 - $120,000.00 per year
