Elite Professionals Home Care is looking to expand our marketing/public relations team!

We specialize in providing skilled services to include nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as Medical Social Work. Our goal at Elite Professionals Home Care LLC. is to assist each individual client in maintaining their independence in their desired living situation. We work closely with our client’s physicians to provide the highest quality of care possible. Each client receives individualized and superior levels of care.
The Marketing/Public Relations Specialist will work to drive and sustain incremental volume in the delivery of home health care services in alignment with Elite’s growth strategies and business plans. This will be accomplished through public/business relations: improved service to physicians, reducing barriers to the patient care continuum, setting up meetings with providers and educating the physician community at large to the access and expertise available to their patients through Elite Professionals Home Care LLC. This will also be achieved by setting up and hosting activities/meetings/face-to-face visits with prospective referral sources and/or referred patients. The Marketing/Public Relations Specialist will promote Elite’s differentiating services to community members and other clinical professionals to ensure they understand the clinical advantages of our services.
The Marketing Director/ Public Relations Specialist is a high energy, passionate, well organized, detail oriented and responsive representative of Elite Professionals Home Care LLC and its care sites, reporting directly to the DON/Clinical Director/Administrator.
Qualifications
Experience in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
At least one year experience in sales or public relations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
Ability to build relationships and nurture current relationships and deal tactfully with customers and the community while providing education to multiple sources in relation to Elite’s services.
Knowledge of public & business relations or business management.
Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google Products.
Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with agency requirements.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally pushing, pulling, or moving/lifting up of office items up to 50 pounds.
Frequent prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
