KSE is committed to providing world-class sports and entertainment for both live and broadcast audiences.Nature of Work:Execute and optimize marketing automation tasks for various digital campaigns. This role will focus on setting up email marketing campaigns, segmenting customer databases, and creating automated workflows to nurture leads. The position requires analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented, analytical approach with the technical proficiency to work with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Examples of work performed:Develop, plan and execute email marketing campaigns and track their performance.Analyze marketing data identifying trends and patterns.Implement best practices for email marketing across departments.Regularly interact with marketing, partnership, and sales departments to assist them on strategy and campaign execution.Master new technologies and existing software platforms such as Ticketmaster, Tableau, Formstack, Jotform, BL.ink and Marketo.Strategize, execute, and analyze A/B testing campaigns.Meet deadlines set forth by multiple business units.Build, analyze and optimize landing pages for post-email click engagement.Assist in the collection and management of all KSE customer data.Main clean data in email marketing database and follow data hygiene protocol.Qualifications:Minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.Preferred:

Experience with database marketing.Experience with marketing and analytics tools (Marketo and Tableau experience a plus).Proven track record of data analysis and successful application to marketing and sales strategies.Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/KORE Software a plus).

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organization skills.Knowledge of database marketing.Knowledge of sports marketing and sports ticketing.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Marketo and Tableau experience a plus).Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/KORE Software a plus).Ability to work independently.Ability to successfully communicate and work with all departments throughout the company.Knowledge & understanding of marketing automation best practices.Knowledge & understanding of customer data laws and regulations (CPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Compensation:Base Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000 per year.Benefits Include:12 Paid Company Holidays.Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision).Paid Time Off (PTO).Life Insurance.Short and Long-term Disability.Health Savings Account (HSA).Flexible Spending plans (FSAs).401K/Employer Match.All applicants for employment at KSE may be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencing employment.
