It isn’t a question.As the US dCom Media Manager, you will sit within the Commerce Center of Excellence at Haleon responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital commerce media strategies to increase online sales, enhance brand visibility, and embed dCom media into our broader Integrated Marketing model as well as maintaining relationships with retail partners, integrating ecommerce strategy into our brand Owned-Paid-Earned full funnel marketing strategies, overseeing retail investment workstreams and developing and implementing best practices across the team.Reporting directly to the dCom Media Director, you will be the key expert and liaison for the US Media Managers regarding retail media capabilities, best practices and point of escalation, help lead cross-functional collaboration across brand, shopper, sales, customer strategy, and consumer experience and act as a co-lead with Haleon commerce media agencies. You’ll support the dCom Media Director in connecting internal and commerce agency teams and helping drive and define Haleon’s future dCom Media vision to deliver seamless end-to-end brand experiences for our consumers.From a day-to-day perspective you’ll be responsible for consulting on retail investment strategies with core focus on search and display activation, keeping tabs on performance, leading continuous improvement for retail media metrics and ROI, budget management, financial acumen as well as have the ability to expand beyond commerce leading media strategy and activation for Haleon’s Platform Scale efforts.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Lead digital commerce media strategy, driving both eCommerce sales and shopping role of broader commerce media’s influence on brand building and overall sales.Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital commerce landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly with a keen understanding of marketing mix modeling and advanced measurement and insights capabilities in the retail marketplace (i.e. AMC, Luminate, etc.).Act as lead steward of paid commerce media, collaborating with media managers and overseeing agency partners to manage the day-to-day search marketing and digital display campaigns across multiple retailer ad platforms including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies, building and optimizing targeting groups, and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc. for our US portfolio of brands.Interrogate existing processes and models for managing cross-functional ways of working and help shape optimal approach to integrate dCom media into overarching strategies, financial / funding models, measurement and campaign management models more efficiently.Provide leadership in digital commerce education and upskilling internal colleagues.Support director and shopper teams with collaborative retail planning.Support director in leading dCom media agency partners, ensuring they are delivering strategic thought leadership and executional excellence.Support director in joint business partnerships (JBP’s) with key retail customers.Collaborate with content and eCommerce sales teams to ensure a unified commerce mindset bringing retail, content and media together.Lead financial management of commerce media budgets, both in planning (forecasting) and implementation (coordinating with Brand & Finance teams for PO, invoicing needs).Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies and competitive landscape to contribute to changing dCom strategies at Haleon and maintain a competitive edge.Act as US Media Manager for Haleon’s Platform scale full funnel activation overseeing paid media strategy, activation, measurement and integration into owned and earned strategies as well as help lead cross-functional integration of shopper scale activations with the national platform.Why you? Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 5 years in digital commerce experience, either on agency or client side.Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.3+ years of experience with retail media platforms: Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect a must; Roundel, Wags, Instacart, etc. experience a plus.Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud and Luminate. Experience consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources.Experience with programmatic digital advertising, social media & social commerce, online video, influencer, paid search and SEO.Experience in performance-based marketing.Strong leadership, communication, collaborative and analytics skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects in a highly matrixed organization.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.Experience managing and mentoring a team of varied experience and familiarity with the digital commerce landscape.Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs.Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level.Self-starter mentality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is: $124,662 - $171,411 USD.Care to join us.
