Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and recognize their needs and use cases.Design intuitive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights for different user personas.Apply color theory and visualization techniques to enhance clarity and user engagement.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.Document design processes, decisions, and user feedback to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and data visualization.Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Data Visualization, or a related field.8+ years of experience in UX design specifically focused on reports and dashboards.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data visualization and user-centered design.Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).5+ years of experience on BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.Good understanding of SQL.
